Primary colour wheel - the first task in the unit.

Unit 201: Design

This unit was amazing, great fun to do and created enough pressure to make me use every single craft supply I had in the cupboard.

In case anyone ever reads this that is doing, or is thinking about doing the course (or wants to get more creative), then start listening to the Beautiful Anarchy Blog by David DuChemin.

I've taken some snapshots of the pages and outputs from my design unit book and put them below.

You can read my evaluation of the unit here.

Risk assessments and tools

Risk assessment

We were asked to produce a risk assessment for making baskets and undertaking the course work.

Tools and storage

Basket making and the portfolio work uses quite a wide variety of tools, which need specific storage and handling.
