Learning about lighting

There is a lot of regulation about lighting, which was a bit daunting to start with. However, Dannells is specifically aimed at hobbyists and SME craft businesses. They offer lots of helpful advice and sell fittings. I contacted them about fire regulations and there aren't any specifically for lampshades but they recommend coating the end product with a fire retardant spray.
